Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Urgent Care team to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and patient care quality. The role requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and leadership abilities in fast-paced clinical settings.

The successful candidate will manage RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, EMTs, and support personnel, ensuring safe, efficient patient flow during day shifts with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program leading to an associate, diploma, or baccalaureate degree with at least one year of supervisory or three years non-supervisory nursing experience.
• Current state RN license required.
• BLS provider status per AHA guidelines, ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a designated medical unit or two similar units.
• Plan, implement, and direct programs, procedures, systems, and staff.
• Provide nursing practice across general, specialty, and emergency care as needed.
