Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily operations of the clinic.
• Keeps manager informed of issues beyond comfort level.
• Orders departmental and medical supplies.
• Responsible for equipment maintenance/repair.
• Monitors quality control standards (logs, sterilization, etc.).
• Resolves less complicated patient, staff, and physician issues.
• Assists with evaluating associate performance and merit increases.
