Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of clinic.
• Keep manager informed of issues with patients, staff or physicians beyond comfort level.
• Order departmental and medical supplies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance/repair.
• Monitor budget/spending with manager.
• Track quality control standards (immunization logs, waived testing, etc.).
• Assist evaluating associate performance and merit recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage staff PTO requests and coverage.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow CHRISTUS Mission.
