CHRISTUS Health in Longview, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide independent, comprehensive nursing care in a clinical setting. You will lead care planning, administer treatments, and document patient progress within the nursing process.

Requirements include a BSN (preferred), RN license in Texas or compact, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications are expected per credential policy. The role is full-time with 7AM–7PM schedules.

Formación

• BLS certification required for all hires.
• RN license in state of employment or compact license.
• BSN preferred; ADN candidacy considered with experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meets expectations of CHRISTUS competencies: Leader of Self, Others, or Leaders.
• Provides nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Addresses psychosocial needs of patients and families within scope of practice.
• Administers medications/treatments per protocol; monitors side effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assesses learning needs and delivers education to patients and families.
