Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager, Pediatric Behavioral Health in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on leading nursing practice, staff development, and physician relations within a high-volume pediatric behavioral health clinic.

The Clinical Manager will oversee department finances, resource allocation, and ensure adherence to quality care standards, while maintaining clinical proficiency for floor support when needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Psych/Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS.
• PALS.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership and staff development for the clinic.
• Oversee department finances and strategic resource allocation to ensure quality care and physician satisfaction.
• Maintain clinical proficiency to support the team on the floor as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leadership and hospital administration.
