The role conducts bi-monthly CCPN Safety and Clinical Orientation classes, leads Quality Initiatives and Process Improvement, and provides hands-on training to staff; travel within the CCPN network supports new clinic

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the CCPN network to support new clinic openings and acquisitions in addition to supporting clinic requests for onsite assessments, as needed.
• Develop and update New Employee Orientation, Competencies, Training and Education programs.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Bachelor of Nursing degree

Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or Healthcare Administration preferred
