IV Nutrition in Geneva, IL is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director. As an RN with leadership potential, you will partner with the Clinic Director to lead our outpatient wellness clinic, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

This full-time role offers a $28–$34/hour base with sales incentive bonuses and tips, a clear promotion path to Clinic Director, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license.
• 2+ years hands-on IV drips or wellness injections experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential or supervisory experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, organization, and multitasking.
• Genuine passion for proactive wellness and team development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinic Director to build a high-performance, caring team culture.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring RNs and staff.
• Foster accountability, growth, and collaboration among the team.
• Administer IV drips and related therapies with precision and care.
• Provide thorough client education on protocols and long-term optimization.
• Support scheduling, staffing, inventory, and daily clinic flow.
