Job summary

IV Nutrition in Geneva, IL seeks an Assistant Clinic Director to partner with the Clinic Director, lead an outpatient wellness clinic, and mentor RNs and staff. You’ll drive proactive wellness through education, IV nutrient drips, and client-centered care, while maintaining top clinical standards.

You’ll also oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily operations, coach the team, and help push performance metrics in a fast-growing wellness company that values science, integrity, and compassionate

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license
• 2+ years hands-on IV nutrient drips or wellness injections
• Demonstrated leadership potential or supervisory experience
• CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, organization, and multitasking

AsAssistant Clinic Director, you'll partner closely with the Clinic Director to lead one of our outpatient wellness clinics (openings in Kenosha and Brookfield-Milwaukee), supporting daily operations, team growth, and exceptional client experiences. Core Responsibilities Leadership & Team Support

• Partner with the Clinic Director to build a high-performance, caring team culture
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring RNs/support staff
• Foster accountability, growth, and collaboration among the team

Clinical Excellence

• Administer IV nutrient drips, intramuscular injections, wellness shots (including GLP-1/peptides as offered), and other therapies with precision and care
• Provide thorough client education on protocols, benefits, and long-term optimization strategies
• Uphold top standards for compliance, documentation, safety, and quality

Operational & Client Support

• Help manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, ordering, and daily flow for seamless operations
• Contribute to performance metrics, efficiency improvements, and financial goals
• Deliver a calming, trust-building client experience—addressing concerns with compassion
• Support community events and activations to grow relationships and visibility

Qualifications

• Active IllinoisRN license
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IV nutrient drips/vitamin drips or wellness injections (strong vascular access skills required)
• Demonstrated leadership potential or prior supervisory experience (e.g., charge nurse, team lead)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, organization, and multitasking
• Genuine passion for proactive/functional wellness, client empowerment, and team development

Schedule

Primarily Monday–Friday (8–10 hour shifts), with some weekend coverage required. Clinic hours:

• Monday–Friday: 9 AM–7 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM–6 PM
• Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM
