Qualifications

• Accredited School of Nursing required.
• 1 year experience as RN preferred.
• RN licensure in state of practice required.
• BLS required; ACLS may be required.
• Demonstrated patient education and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Regulatory requirements for ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in clinic setting.
• Document care in health record per standards.
• Promote interdisciplinary care for patients and families.
• Contribute to policies and quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
