Qualifications

• Accredited School of Nursing required
• 1 year RN experience preferred
• RN licensed in state of practice
• Basic Life Support on hire

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in clinic/outpatient setting.
• Document care in health record per standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety and infection prevention programs.
• Screen and triage patient inquiries re care, refills, referrals.
• Respond to urgent or emergency situations as needed.
