Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for a 13-week clinic float pool in Boise. The role involves working across ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, and NICU with 12-hour day shifts (7 am–7 pm). You will float within your specialty, titrate drips, and participate in team rounds under leadership supervision.
Minimum 2 years in the specialty with active RN license and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications are required. Flexibility to float mid-shift and work across facilities is expected.

Description:The position involves working within a float pool in a critical care setting.Registered Nurses will float among various units, including ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, and NICU.RNs will only float within their specialty and will not float to lower acuity units.Floating may also occur to provide 1:1 sitter support in any area as needed.The nurse-to-patient ratios vary by unit and include a maximum of 1:2 in the ICU and 1:3 in Pediatrics.RNs will be required to titrate drips in ICU, ER, Tele, and MedSurg settings.Charge nurses will be present on all shifts for support.Patient care technicians will assist in the units, with varying ratios based on the floor and day.Registered Nurses will engage in team rounds with leadership, who provide ongoing support.The scheduling process will involve assignments given via an app 1 hour before the start of the shift.There is flexibility in shift assignments, including floating mid-shift as needed among different units and facilities.A professional dress code is required.Unit-specific orientation will include a meet and greet, followed by inpatient orientation.
