Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Float Pool RN to support ICU, ED, Med-Surg and Telemetry across the organization. The role requires Flexibility to float between units, strong critical thinking, and nursing competency in fast-paced environments.
Applicants should possess an active RN license, BLS, and relevant ICU/ED or Med-Surg/Telemetry experience. ADN/ASN is required; BSN preferred. Shift is third with 12-hour blocks for a 13-week assignment.

Description:The Float Pool RN is responsible for patient populations that include but are not limited to ICU, ED, Med-surg, and Telemetry, and must float between these areas.The Float Pool RN provides flexible nursing support throughout the organization in response to patient care and staffing needs.Qualified candidates must possess experience in either the Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit, along with Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience.Float assignments are determined on a shift-by-shift basis according to hospital capacity and operational demands.This role requires the ability to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across multiple clinical settings, demonstrating flexibility, clinical competence, and strong critical-thinking skills.
