A Moment's Notice Private Duty Care in Vero Beach, FL seeks an experienced RN Care Manager to assess needs, coordinate care, and support families in the home. This part-time role pays $40–$45 per hour with potential to grow to full-time; schedules vary by client needs, days, evenings, and some weekends.

Requirements: accredited nursing degree, Florida RN license, 2+ years in nursing (geriatric or hospital preferred), valid driver's license with insured vehicle, CPR certification or willingness

• Minimum two years of nursing experience; hospital or geriatric experience preferred.

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated RN Care Manager to participate in our continued growth. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care while building lasting relationships with clients and families in the comfort of their homes.

As an RN Care Manager, you will play a vital role in assessing client needs, coordinating care, supporting caregivers, advocating for clients, and helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.

Position Details

• Vero Beach, FL
• Part-Time with the opportunity to grow into Full-time if desired.
• $40–$45 per hour with opportunity for increases in wages.
• Schedule varies based on assigned clients' needs and the Care Manager's caseload; hours may include days, evenings, and minimal weekends
