Requirements: accredited nursing degree, Florida RN license, 2+ years in nursing (geriatric or hospital preferred), valid driver's license with insured vehicle, CPR certification or willingness

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN license.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience; hospital or geriatric experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable, insured vehicle.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Access to email, texting, and electronic documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee client care plans and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and physicians.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
• Support clients with activities of daily living and health-related needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional nursing standards.
• Respond effectively to client needs and unexpected situations.
• Participate in occasional on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with management and administrative team.
