Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private-duty in-home care in Vero Beach and surrounding areas. You’ll provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, manage PICC line care, ports, and IV access, and collaborate with families for health education.

Flexible day/evening shifts and Per Diem options are available. We offer top-market pay starting at $40–$45+ per hour, weekly pay with PayActiv options, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, 24/7

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV placement, port accessing, and PICC line care.
• Strong clinical judgment and independence.
• Basic digital charting / computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours based on client care plans.
• Administer PICC line care, port access, and peripheral IV insertions within scope.
• Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.

• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
