TheKey is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for private-duty, in-home senior care in Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens, FL and surrounding areas. Enjoy flexible day/evening shifts with per-diem options, delivering one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (unencumbered).
• BLS Certification required.
• Proven proficiency in PICC line care, ports accessing and peripheral IV placement.
• Clear background screening as per Florida AHCA.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours per client care plans.
• Administer interventions within scope (PICC line, ports, IVs).
• Educate clients and families on health management and medications.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report changes to care teams.
• Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.

• Administer specialized nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, peripheral IV insertion).
• Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care.
• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
