Job summary

CentraCare Health in Redwood Falls is seeking an experienced RN to join the Surgery team. The role emphasizes admitting and discharging duties while promoting a culture of safety, kindness, and collaboration for patients and staff.

You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, assess and plan patient care, and address educational needs for patients and families in a stable, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current Minnesota RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; exception: if unable to complete certification, must complete education portion.

• Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating as you deliver patient care.

Summary

Join the Surgery team in Redwood Falls! This position includes varied duties with a focus on admitting and discharging. The department leadership is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, kindness, and collaboration, ensuring a stable and caring environment for both patients and staff.

Schedule

• Casual position working varied weekday, Day shifts | No set schedule
• No call, weekends or holidays

Pay

Pay based on experience and degree - Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

• Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelors in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Masters in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher
• Current Minnesota RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Exception: inability to complete certification process related to health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients/families and community resources.

The Redwood Hospital is a 12-bed facility serving Redwood Falls, Morton, and other communities in and near Redwood and Renville Counties in Minnesota. Its one of the newest hospital facilities in Minnesota!
