Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids is seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality nursing care in a 108-bed facility in Roanoke Rapids, NC. You will supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, and ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice (NC).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including meds administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure dignity, safety, and comfort.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' status and report changes to physicians.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
