Job summary

Redstone Highlands is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Greensburg skilled nursing team. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, with days varying and every other weekend, and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, maintain electronic records, ensure resident safety, and collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and CNAs to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, total nursing care to residents within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation units.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date electronic documentation and clinical records.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and abuse‑free environment for all senior residents.
• Collaborate with physicians, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to implement personalized resident care plans.
