Job summary

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare, based in Greensburg, PA, is seeking an RN to join Five Star Staffing for per diem shifts across Greensburg, Murrysville, and North Huntingdon. As an RN you will provide total nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and document patient conditions and care plans.

This role offers flexible scheduling, orientation within two weeks, and a starting pay of $36.50 per hour with wage progression up to $44/hr.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Nursing license in PA.
• Experience as RN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing total nursing care to residents in the facility.
• Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Accurate documentation regarding residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records.
• Accurate completion of admission process including assessments, interim care plans, service plans, physician orders and timely documentation.

What will I do?

• As an RN: Registered Nurse, working through 5 Star Staffing at one of the Redstone campuses you will be supporting the Redstone mission with the following responsibilities:
• Providing total nursing care to residents in the facility Maintaining a safe abuse free environment for all residents living in the facility Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Accurate documentation regarding residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records.
• Accurate completion of admission process to include assessments, interim care plans, service plans obtain physician orders, and timely documentation as per admission process.

What do I need for this role?

Additional Information:

• The position will be assigned RN duties at either Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) or Personal Care Home (PCH) in the Westmoreland County area.
• The base rate is $36.50/hour (no shift requirement)
• Bronze, Silver and Gold program level pay ranges $36.50 - $44/hr
• The position must work the minimum hours in a four (4) week period master schedule as outlined in the program levels to remain eligible for associated wage rate in that level.
• Orientation must be initiated within two (2) weeks and completed within six (6) weeks of the employment date.
• Minimum of sixteen (16) hours of orientation at the preferred campus to pick-up shifts.
