Formación

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience
• RN license in state or compact licensure
• BLS certification
• ACLS preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Ability to oversee patient care and staffing

Responsabilidades

• Supervises nursing and support staff and delegates tasks
• Evaluates staff performance with coaching
• Oversees patient care planning and evaluation
• Coordinates care with healthcare professionals and manages patient flow
• Ensures communication among physicians, patients, families and departments
• Monitors bed assignments and resource utilization
• Participates in quality improvement and audits
• Responds to emergencies with leadership and direct care
