Valley Hope of Moundridge is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) for the night shift (7:00pm - 7:30am) to join our compassionate team in Moundridge, KS. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, coordinating care, and ensuring quality treatment through daily operations in a residential addiction treatment setting.

Qualified candidates will have an ADN/BSN, active RN license in Kansas, CPR certification, and 4+ years of clinical nursing with 1+ year in a charge-nurse role.

Qualifications

• Requires ADN or higher nursing degree; RN license in state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Charge-nurse experience preferred for supervisory duties.
• BSN preferred for advanced roles and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff including orientation and training.
• Support medical care and case management for inpatient services.
• Assist in medical emergencies following established policies.
• Participate in performance improvement and collaborate across the facility.
• Assist in drug administration and maintain nursing standards.
