Valley Hope of Moundridge is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as Charge Nurse on the night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) in Moundridge, KS. This role supervises nursing staff, ensures quality treatment documentation, and supports the Nursing Director in clinical operations and case management during 30-45 day treatment cycles.

Qualifications

• Requires Kansas RN license.
• 4+ years of clinical nursing care experience.
• 4+ years of progressive work with 1+ year charge-nurse experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and provide orientation and training.
• Support medical care as needed and assist with case management.
• Assist with emergencies per policy and procedures.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to improve nursing care quality.
• Oversee drug administration and maintain compliance with guidelines.
• Develop staff skills to meet professional standards.
