Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to provide direct patient care and to supervise the nursing staff and CNAs in a long-term care setting. The role requires an active RN license and a nursing degree, with prior RN charge nurse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
• Previous RN Charge Nurse experience in a long-term care community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities of the Nursing Staff and CNAs in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
