Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT is seeking an RN Charge Nurse for a full-time role working 36 hours per week. You will lead on shift, coordinate resources and staffing, and provide clinical support within the unit while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Required are an RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS as applicable, and a BSN within four years if not already held. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit Specific Certification as required (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• RN hired/promoted must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide clinical expertise on shift and department.
• Assess patients and coordinate interdisciplinary plan of care with education.
• Direct the care team via delegation and collaboration.
• Ensure staffing levels meet clinical and financial needs.
