Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four (4) years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs care and coordinates with team to execute plan of care.
• Evaluate: Reviews outcomes and revises plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, accurate documentation, and compliance with licensure requirements.
