Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX seeks an experienced RN for Labor & Delivery on the Night Shift. You’ll coordinate unit staffing, lead clinical objectives, and ensure delivery of high-quality mother and newborn care across shifts.
Responsibilities include directing nursing and support staff, planning shifts and assignments, assessing patient care needs, and supporting performance reviews and staffing decisions, with a focus on safety and compassionate care.
