Autumn Care of Salisbury in Salisbury, NC is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our skilled nursing team. The role focuses on assessing resident needs, creating individualized care plans, and supervising nursing staff to provide high-quality care.

You will work full-time or part-time with day or night shifts, earning $43.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. New grads welcome; loan repayment programs are available through CMS-supported initiatives.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Mansioni

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in nursing care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
