Autumn Care of Salisbury, located at 1505 Bringle Ferry Road, Salisbury, NC 28146, is looking for compassionate RN or LPN nurses to assess residents, develop individualized care plans, deliver nursing care, and supervise staff in a SNF setting.

We offer flexible pay options (On-Demand or Weekly Pay), generous PTO and benefits, loan forgiveness programs, and career growth opportunities. Wage is $43.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for nights; full-time and part-time shifts available.

Qualificações

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in your state.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health record software.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff per regulations.
