Autumn Care of Salisbury is seeking compassionate nurses to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care and supervise staff in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license for the state of work.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care quality.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in SNF.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards.
