Job summary

Autumn Care of Salisbury is seeking a compassionate registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to provide quality care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, create and adjust care plans, and supervise nursing staff on day or night shifts.

Competitive wage of $43.00 per hour with a $1.50 night shift differential, full- and part-time opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, and 401K options.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in the SNF setting.
