Job summary

Parkview Home is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse in Belview, MN. This role coordinates resident care plans, leads care conferences, and ensures Medicare-related needs are communicated across departments. The position requires an active MN RN/LPN license and CEU maintenance.

Strong English communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. A $5,000 sign-on is offered, with day or night shifts and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current/active LPN or RN license in Minnesota.
• Must maintain CEU requirements for license renewal.
• Must read, write and speak English; complete background check as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care plans and care conferences with departments, residents, and families.
• Administer medications and ensure med-pass procedures are followed.
• Transcribe orders accurately and document PRN care.
