Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, in a Christian not-for-profit setting.

This full-time day shift role includes 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, potential charge nurse responsibilities, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education; collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
