Good Samaritan, Luverne, MN, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts (12 hours) with a 36-hour workweek. You will apply the nursing process to deliver individualized resident care, coordinate with families and the care team, and potentially serve as charge nurse.

The role requires a nursing degree and an active RN license; a BSN is preferred. Benefits include competitive health plans and a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for qualifying applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license with state board or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff.
