Job summary

Harborview Tifton is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a faith-based care setting. You will oversee delivery of medications and treatments, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and ensure timely resident assessments.

You will maintain documentation, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, support daily living activities, and uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
