Job summary

Harborview Rome is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to supervise care during the 7p-7a shift. You will deliver medications, monitor residents, and guide staff to ensure safety and continuity of care.

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
