Job summary

Eastview Manor Care Center in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate with the care team. This full-time role emphasizes empathy, patient education, and teamwork in a supportive facility.

The RN will assess needs, administer treatments, monitor vitals, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills.
