Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Central Resource Team to provide professional nursing care according to state laws and hospital policies. The role involves assessing patient conditions, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and delegating tasks while collaborating with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.

An ADN is required, BSN preferred, with CPR/BLS and ACLS within one year of start date. Minimum 1+ year RN inpatient experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient setting.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• CPR certification from AHA or BLS.
• ACLS certification within one year of employment start date.
