Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient setting.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• CPR certification from AHA or BLS.
• ACLS certification within one year of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and procedures.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to team members.
• Collaborate effectively within the healthcare team to meet unit goals.
