Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to deliver patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical setting. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care following evidence-based practices while respecting cultural diversity.

You will collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure goals are integrated into care plans, document high-quality care, and participate in ongoing quality initiatives and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Active RN license (single or multi-state) and BLS/ACLS certifications required upon hire.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
