Job summary

CVP (Customer Value Partners) is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist to support the Veterans Health Administration's CDI program in Memphis, TN. This role involves acting as the RN Advisor, reviewing health records for documentation accuracy and providing training for clinical staff.

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's in Nursing, possess an RN license, and have two years of CDI experience. The position offers a pay rate of $45/hr and is contracted from 10/1/2025 to 9/30/2027.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust government security clearance.
• Current, full, active and unrestricted RN license in any State.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a CDI specialist in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Registered Nurse Advisor for the facility's CDI program.
• Review health records to identify opportunities for improved documentation.
• Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff.
