Qualifications
Minimum of two years' experience as a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist.
Eligibility for Public Trust government security clearance required.
Strong understanding of clinical documentation improvement processes.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze health records for documentation improvement.
Develop the facility's CDI management program.
Monitor and report on key CDI metrics.
Conduct program evaluation and performance improvement activities.
