Job summary

myPlace Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (RN) to ensure accurate, clinically specific documentation across patient populations. You will partner with physicians and care teams to improve CMS-HCC capture and documentation quality.

The role requires an active California RN license and at least three years in outpatient settings, with preferred CDI certifications and experience with CDI software platforms.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and synthesize complex clinical information.
• Experience in clinical documentation integrity and risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospective, concurrent, and retrospective reviews of medical records to identify documentation gaps and opportunities.

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to enhance documentation quality.
