Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN to join the CCU for a 13-week assignment in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

The shift runs 06:45 AM to 07:15 PM, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2, supporting adult medical, pulmonary and cardiac ICU patients.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' ICU or CCU experience, current RN license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS; NIH certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans.

• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
• Adheres to Standard Precautions using PPE.
