Cynet Health is seeking an RN for the Cath Lab in Mansfield, TX for a 13-week travel assignment. The role follows a day shift, typically 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with on-call, weekend and holiday duties.

You will join an interdisciplinary team and use EPIC charting in a fast-paced cardiac environment. Candidates must possess a current nursing license, ACLS and BLS, with at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience and travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide cath lab nursing care Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM.
• Handle on-call, weekend and holiday duties as required.
• Maintain end-tidal CO2 monitoring and activated clotting time management.
• Assist with angioplasty, cardiac stenting and catheter placement.
• Collaborate with IV teams, respiratory services and rapid response teams.

Description:Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab specialty.This role requires weekdays Monday through Friday.The hours will be from 8 AM to 6:30 PM.On-call, weekend, and holiday duties are required.Candidate must have travel experience.Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.Candidates must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications.Skills needed include end-tidal CO2 monitoring and activated clotting time management.Experience with angioplasty, cardiac stenting, and catheter placement is essential.Additional skills include procedural sedation and monitoring, as well as various cardiac procedures.The nurse will work in an interdisciplinary support environment.Daily census will typically include 12 patients.The unit includes collaboration with IV teams, respiratory services, and rapid response teams.Candidates should be prepared to complete modules as part of the orientation and ongoing training.RTO (request time off) can be requested with prior approval from management.
