Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Roswell, GA, seeks an experienced registered nurse to perform a broad range of clinical procedures under the Site Manager. You will use clinical judgment and equipment to support diagnosis and treatment, while upholding WellStar values.

Requirements include an Associate degree or Nursing Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and active nursing licenses with ACLS/BLS upon hire. ICU/CCU/ER experience is preferred to ensure high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year ICU/CCU/ER or prior Cath Lab/EP Lab experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Job Summary:

Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment

Required Minimum Education:

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS - Amer Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
• BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact

Required Minimum Experience:

1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience Preferred
