Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional care.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for pediatric and adult clients in West Chester and surrounding areas.
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and HHAs in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct staff competencies.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
