BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a RN Case Manager for our Reading, PA Adult and Pediatric Skilled Nursing office. This office provides top-quality care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Reading, PA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Conduct assessments and visit our Pediatric/Adult clients in Reading, PA, and nearby areas.
• Develop and oversee care plans.
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and home health aides in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competency assessments for staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
