Responsibilities of a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional care
• Conduct assessments with pediatric and adult clients in Reading, PA, and nearby areas
• Develop and oversee care plans
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and HHAs in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientations and conduct staff competencies

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
