Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Reading, PA, and surrounding areas.
• Develop and oversee care plans.
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and HHAs in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competency assessments for staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of RN experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
